We would like to use one of your mufflers on a race bike A 90*v twin turning 10,000rpm 750cc two into one exhaust with 42mm carburetors. We may be looking at 94 decibels in the near future at some tracks, currently its 102. We have a dyno but we would like a starting point

Take a look at our S/C and SuperLight Stainless Series mufflers. I think 102 is obtainable, however 94 dbs is a pretty tall order. The disc assembly will allow you to control the exhaust flow/sound by adding or removing discs. Pick a muffler with an inlet at least the size of your collector. Keep in mind the larger (longer) the unit the more sound deadening capability.
