Ok I'm at a starting point with my 2-2 dirt track style supertrapp's the instruction sheet has a starting point of 20 disks, but is that 20 disks per pipe?
My bike is newer so it's fuel injected and I have a screaming eagle air cleaner and has been re-mapped for the air cleaner as well as the screaming eagle slash cut mufflers. So any ideas out there as to where I should start with the 2-2 dirt track style pipes, how many disk's per pipe. Thanks

20 per is what was inteded for max flow.
Depending on sound however, you can run fewer as well.

The newer closed loop systems will adjust some to compensate for the difference.

Thanks, tried 10 and 15 per pipe, the 10 stack was ok but seat of the pants feel was kind of sluggish, the 15 stack per pipe felt much better but it's pretty loud. So 2 more questions, 1 is there anyway to figure out how many disks per muffler it would be to get the same exhaust flow as the screaming eagle dual mufflers? and 2 are the 120 degree diffusers considered a disk?

You could test them on a flow bench to come up with that info.
I would guess it would be somewhere around 5-6?
The diffuser is not considered a disc.
