Just wondering if replacement bodies can be purchased. My existing core and baffles are in great shape. The body itself has taken some abuse and has split at the mounting tab.

The latest Buell system (also discontinued) used the SuperLight Stainless Series mufflers. I would take a look at the Universal and Automotive line of mufflers at the website. Look at the 4" disc systems with a 2" inlet.

I appreciate your time spent on this.
Time(for me) to put the thinking cap on. Really want to keep the 92 as close to stock as possible.
As a side note. My 97 is wearing a 'Trapp and a header I believe was done by the co for Buell.
