Hi,

I've got a '09 vrscdx with fatshots. It's running stock with 12discs for the moment.

1.Should I have any benefit by using a hiflow airfilter?

2.How does a open encap (no discs) compare to my setup, soundwise?

3.Do you think the bike would run better with less caps?

I've got a '09 vrscdx with fatshots. It's running stock with 12discs for the moment.

1.Should I have any benefit by using a hiflow airfilter? Yes; however you may need to invest into some sort of Fuel Management to avoid a lean condition.

2.How does a open encap (no discs) compare to my setup, soundwise? Exhaust flow will be comparable while adding a couple of db's.

3.Do you think the bike would run better with less caps? We found a stock machine to perform best with 8-10 discs.
