Default Open end caps, Billet vs alum.

I currently am running the "race only" aluminum open end cap on my Supermeg 2-1.

The billet end caps look really good though!

Question is, do they flow the same? Does the round opening vs grate style effect the exhaust pulse breakup and power?

    Thanks in advance.

The Race End caps are equal to approx. 10 discs.
The billet end caps are intended as decorative only, they are intended to be used in conjunction with a closed end cap.

    Oh, Bummer!

So if I wanted the quietest open end cap I would use no discs and just the open end?

    Exactly.
However, depending on motor size/state of tune-just the open cap might not be enough-give it a try and see how it works.
