Fitting Supermeg from a 2004 to a 2014

I have a Supermeg that I had on my 2004 FLH and wish to put it on my 2014 FLH. I already have the O2 bungs welded in so that is not an issue. What else will I need to make it work? I know the mounting brackets are different. Thank you.
