Changing Discs after tune?

I have 2013 fld switchback, did the ac, power commander V and dyno tuned at indy shop, running supertrapp with 12 discs. If I ad 3 more discs even though it was tuned for 12 would that mess up my tune?

That should not alter it enough to require re-tuning, try it and see how it runs.
