Will the Dual Series Shallow Back front caliper fit a Narrow Glide front end with 21" 60 spoke wheel?

Hi, I was wondering if you had specs or dimensions for the thickness of the backside of the shallow Dual caliper? I'm interested in the dimension highlighted in blue...basically, the maximum thickness of the caliper as measured from the inside face of the rotor.

2.0" between the outside & inside surface of the caliper (between the blue). The "Shallow Back" is .25" less at its thinest point.
