Yamaha V-star 1100 exhaust

Just bought a V-star 1100. I didn't see a direct application, will there be one in the future? My stock pipes had the baffles removed by the previous owner. They are approx 3" in diameter, is there a way to get a baffle for these pipes as a custom application?

There are no plans to do anything for the V Stars.

We possibly can find a core to fit your pipes! I need to know more information!

the number is [phone number edited out by admin] Right now its parked at a friends garage I may get it tonight or tomorrow to ride this week. I will Mic the ID of the pipe then. If we can find something close, I have some machinist friends who can work wonders.

should have asked what dimensions will you need. The pipes are straight tube, no taper.

I mic'd the pipes the outlet is 3.46 to 3.48 in. ID and the head pipes are 1.4in OD. Hope we can make this work. I think they would look good.

I will need the inside diameter of the outlet of the muffler, the length of the muffler or length of core you can use and the outside diameter of the headpipe that the muffler slides onto.

The cores that I have that might work are 3.39" outside diameter and are 20.7" long, they will use the 3"discs. I think I have you covered! Just need to know if you need mufflers or just cores to go into your existing mufflers!!
