was just wondering why this system would not fit an '03 883R. Is it just the bracket location or would their be interference somewhere? Thanks for any answers.

For the 2000 model year Harley made a rear shock mount change (recessed) on the XL's. The mounting for this system is to the upper shock mount.

Thanks for the quick response. So It sounds like I could make a new bracket and all would be well.
