2-1-2 Question

Gentlemen,
I am using V&H Power Duals on my 11' Street Glide 103. As you know, a larger portion of the exhaust goes out the RH side. For SE Fatshotz, I've seen 10 disc's per side recommended with closed caps. I was thinking maybe 12 or 13 RH and 7 or 8 LH would make more sense? Or am I wrong? Maybe keeping them even would try to force more down the left side? What is your opinion?

The exhaust flow should be the same from either side. Same amount of discs should be used on both mufflers.

I'll give it a whirl, but I'll bet you can feel a difference in flow side to side. I'll report back.

Using 12 disc's and closed caps each side, you can feel slightly more outflow on the RH side. I would guess it's just the way the header is built. It's a shorter more direct trip down the RH side. Probably not enough difference to worry about.
