Has anyone installed these/ brand on an M109R ?
Style ? Part# ?
We do not offer an application for the M109 at this time.
Found a set of SuperTrapps on a M109R. Must be a custom application???
The site is in German (I think) so I'm not sure what they are implying, if anything.
Here's a vid........
from the vid you'll get this site............delta-custom-bikes.de
Once you get into the site, on the left side you'll see a catagory on the left that says Kit's & Teile, then scroll down and select Suzuki M 1800, then select Auspuff.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
The mufflers are our Universal Polished S/C Elites. Since it's a custom build I'm assuming the headpipes are custom, Delta should be able to confirm that. The end-caps are not ours either.
You can find SuperTrapp Universals being used all over the world, being adapted by creative builders. European and Asian websites and magazines have been riddled with such applications for years.
Thanks for the reply. Are there plans for an M109R application??
The M109 is on a very long to-do list.
Update; developement of a system or slip-ons for the M109 has been sidelined due to the location of the catalytic converter on the bikes OEM exhaust.
There are some 2 into one systems being made with SuperTrapps. I personally LOVE mine!
2008 M109R, McCoy SuperTrapp exhaust, BigAir intakes, Power Commander, ATRE.
I make 117 HP at the wheel with 110 Torque. (A "happy" dyno had me at 120 HP before I dyno tuned it and picked up 6 HP in the tuning process.)

Nice work and nice tune! That's a 5.4% increase in horsepower.
I did a custom setup on my ZX-9r too using a universal. I haven't dyno'ed it yet, but based on feel and throttle response, I'd say she's somewhere up in the 3%-4% range.
In the picture I cannot see where the muffler's retainer brackets are attached. Don't want that thing coming loose/off while you're out enjoying a ride.
