18 months ago I purchased the SE 128-65177 for my 2011 FLHT. Sound was great for a year , but now they have grown louder than i like (21,000). Can these be repacked ?

It can be replaced; however NOT serviceable.

Are you saying the baffles can be replaced, or the slip-ons ? I did not see any baffles listed for the SE .

The core assemblies (the inside of the muffler) can be replaced; however the fiberglass packing can NOT be serviced.

really confused now
When calling to check the price of the cores, the lady who helping me ,asked for the mufflers I had -128-65117 . She then said that these mufflres could be repacked with part 400-4020, 4 packs. ????
I believe we resolved this via a phone call.
