    Question Harley Switchback Screamin' Eagle Slip On Exhaust

    I just purchased a Screamin' Eagle Exhaust Slip On for my 2012 Harley Switchback. It came with a closed end cap. I'd like to increase the noise and the performance if possible. If I need to go to an open end cap, can/how do I order it from Supertrapp?

    Please tell me what I can do!

    You can order the item right off the website, you'll find it under 4" accessories;

    OPEN END CAP 4'', OFF-ROAD USE ONLY SS 405-3046 $25.00

    Thanks for the info!

    If I go with the open end cap, should I still use baffles, and if so, how many? I do not plan on altering the air intake at this time. What is Supertrapp's recommendation for setting this up? I'd like more sound without sacrificing performance.

    Could/Would using the open end cap terminate my warranty?

    The "open" end cap flows for 10-12 discs. You should have 16 discs with the closed end cap now. Remove 10 discs (leaving 6) when you swap to the open end cap.

    Your warranty question can be better answered by your Harley dealer.
