polaris 850 Xp slip on

I was wanting to get the mudslinger slip on for my 2012 polaris 850 xp was just wondering if i did the slip on only if i had to do a efi controller or not? im happy with stock performance just wanted sound.

As long as the removable spark arrestor insert is NOT removed, a fuel management system should not be needed. If the insert is removed or additional mods are made, which may cause a leaner running condition, a controller should be considered.
