    Default Supertrapp Stouts baffles

I am thinking of purchasing the Supertrapp Stouts slip-ons for my 2012 Road King but am not sure if they are loud enough. Would I be able to install Kerker Stouts baffles or would there be another option to make them a little louder?

Yes you can switch out the baffles. Although if you plan on changing the stock head pipes then the SuperTrapp Stout mufflers will become fairly loud with free flowing (no catylist) head pipes.

    Thanks for the information.

I actually purchased the Kerker Stouts and installed them this past weekend. I love the low rumble but I think they might be a tad too loud.

Can you please give me the part number for the Supertrapp baffles?

Do you have the stock head pipes on your bike currently?

The SuperTrapp Stout core assembly from the 2010-2012 model is
    P/N 041-6524
These would need to be ordered through us directly whether by your local dealer or yourself.

Hopefully the weather will be good this weekend and I can put a few more miles on the Kerker baffles before I decide if I want to switch. Thanks for your help.

Default Stouts for Cat vs. no cat

So if one likes the sound of the Yaffe youtube clip http://www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3D_...hEQZS09lRyjrQg and one is planning on getting rid of the cat (V&H Power Duals or Jackpot 2/1/2 header) on a 2012 RGU, one should buy the Stouts for the earlier models 140-65222? Still only 2bd louder? Still 9% gains?

A performance gain will be realized; however it will be in the 5-7% range.
