Default 4" Stouts on 2012 StreetGlide

Thinking about the 4" Stouts (not Kerker) for my 2012 FLHX.
Question I have is are the 2011-2012 baffled different than the 2009 earlier mufflers.
Reason I ask is I was planning to de-cat my stock head pipe. If I uses the 2012 application will it be loader than what Supertrapp says? Should I use the 2009 and earlier if I de-cat?

    Let me ask this...
In another thread jwells states "best bang for the buck" for the 2011 is the Stouts and air filter.
Would I be better off to leave the cat?

This is true; however this can also be said of the earlier model "Stouts" teamed with the earlier, non-cat pipe.

If I went with the 2012 mufflers and de-cated pipe would the performance suffer over the earlier mufflers??
How much louder would it be? Would it be say as loud as the Kerker, but still be good for low end torque??

You'll pick up an additional 2-4 dbs with the increased flow which will give you more top-end HP; however your low end torque may suffer.

Thats what I figured. Dont want to loose the low end...
    Thanks
