Nightstick Removal

I purchased and installed a Nightstick for my 2010 RG; I have also intalled the Stage 1 Kit and had the bike re-mapped at 1000mi.

My question is that I also own a 2003 Fat Boy with a similar set-up except that I installed the 2:1 exhaust system and would like the RG to sound "similar". I understand that the RG has a cat and the sound will not be exactly the same and I am cool with that. Bought the open end cap per the dealers instructions, but what is up with the allen bolt with the center peg? How do I get this out - along with the retainers (fasteners) at the bottom of the pipe?

Also, will I need to re-map following the install? Suggested number of plates, please.

It's a security head screw and most tool suppliers (Snap-On, Matco, CraftsMan) will have the wrench/attachment for removal.
A re-map should not be needed; however I would follow your dealers recommendations. The 4" open end cap flows for 10-12 discs.
