Megaphone 815-71202 on Mid-mount Controls Bike?

Can the Megaphone model 815-71202 system be installed on a bike with mid-mount controls? The example photo shows a bike with forward controls.

I'm converting my 2007 Nightster to a Cafe Sportster, so forward controls are a non-starter.
