Could tell me the difference between Slip-ons #128-78020 and #128-78120 and which cores come in each?

The 128-78020 have been around for years and are equipped with what's reffered to as a Standard Kerker "K-3" baffle. P/N 100-7580
The 128-78120's are a newer "less restrictive" core that does NOT have a specific "name" attached to it. P/N 041-7820
