Well, I pulled the trigger and went with the 2 in 1 SuperMeg.

With the setup mentioned above (95" Big Bore, HD SE Flat Top pistons, and S&S 510g cams) plus the 2:1 SuperMeg with 18 disks, I'm now getting 96 peak horsepower and just about 100ft pounds of peak torque.

The big surprise in the entire setup is the SuperMeg. It is far quieter than I expected. When the engine was stock with the HD SE II Pro slip-ons, it was much louder than it is with the current configuration. After the engine work was completed the SE II Pros were unbearable. The SuperMeg is order of magnitude quieter. My extended rides are now much more peaceful and not near as exhausting as before - plus I have a lot more power.
