Fatshotz or SE slilent series on 2011 103 RG.

If you just put the fatshotz or te SE silent series slipons on to a 2011 103 bagger will you have to do a stage 1 download? Local dealer says yes any thing you do to increase flow will require a down load. I do not want to change from stock intake just want a little better sound without being too loud.

The closed loop fuel injection will accommodate either slip-ons without further mods.
