    Default Too hot on RZR

I need some help fellas, please. I've got a 2010 RZR that I put a Mudslinger on and the pipe gets so hot when we ride. I'm afraid it will melt the plastics. Anyone experience this and come up with a solution? Thanks for your help!!

Are you running with or without the spark arrestor insert?

I took the bed off and added a piece of alum diamond plate to the frame just over the pipe. That has helped alot with the bed heating up. I wonder though, is there a possibilty of engine damage if I continue using the exhaust.

With the spark arrestor insert removed it may be running to lean. Yes, engine damage can occur from running lean.
Replacing the insert should resolve the issue. If it does, and you still want to run with out the insert, you need to look into a fuel management system.
