Supermeg 07 or 06?

I have an '04 ultra classic with the DTT auto tune system. I am interested in the Supermeg 2/1 system. Since I have the wide band O2 sensors, will the newer '07 / '08 pipes with the O2 bungs installed work with the longer wide band sensors or will I need the older style and then have the O2 bungs welded in?

We have not done any testing with the DTT system.
The '07-08 pipes may work, however the mounting systems are different do to the 6-spd tranny. You may want to take a look at the instructions for both systems which may give you an idea of what you're dealing with. Another consideration, is the bung/sensor size the same on the DTT system and OEM Harley?

Thanks for the reply. The wide band O2 sensors are considerably longer then the narrow band ones that come on the Harleys. My guess is the wide band sensors are about 3-4" plus the routing of the cable.

Our R&D department feels there shouldn't be an issue with the longer sensors, however we can't be sure since we have not done testing with the Daytona Twin Tech system.

Would the R&D department be able to check fitment of the '07 Supermeg on an '06 or earlier touring model? I am almost sold on the system.

The positioning of the o2 bungs on our pipes were designed with automotive style (wide band/longer) sensors. This is why we don't believe there will be an issue.
