    Thumbs down supertrapp warranty issue

    i have been trying to contact supertrapp warranty dept, send 3 emails (warranty form ) in 2 months and i have never received an email or phone call , is it normal? that they ignore a reclamation,is somebody has the same trouble?
    it was about the rear heatshield fitment for harley road king true duals
