Baffle in 027-7115

I recently purchased a set of the 027-7115 slips on's, used; it looks like someone has removed the baffle material (the baffle is not totally enclosed like the ones in a set of older HD screaming eagle slip ons, it has the same rear appearance, but the baffle is exposed instead of encapsulated); are these repackable? If so, what do I need?

Yes, you can remove the baffles via the 3 screws at the end cap.
