Good night, I need the correct configuration of an electra glide classic 1989, with new motor EVO 1999, carburator mikuni hrs42,filter mikuni and supertrapp 2-2.
I currently have since 12 disks each exhaust but this is not going well.
Thank you.
Sorry for my english.
Greetings from Barcelona.;)

We did not offer a 2:2 system for the '89 FLHTC, so I'm going to have to assume you are either running the OEM headpipe or another manufacturers headpipe with our slip-ons.
In either case, in order to assist you, a little more info might help. What are the current performance characteristics with the twelve discs? Are you running closed or open end-caps? Are you running a "true dual" or crossover headpipe? Are the mufflers the 4" external disc megaphones or the 3" internal disc units?

The quiet model is supertrapp dresser (tapered) with 3ยดยด. SUPERTR SLIP TP FLT 85-94 disks.
Takes 12 3 "DIFF DISCS SUPERTR + 1 END CAP 3" 3BOLT CLOSED in each muffler.
In low speed operates correctly, but on average and high drowned.

Flat on top usually indicates the need for more flow. Assuming you are running the stock crossover headpipe, try increasing discs in increments of 2 in the right side muffler.

Correct, or if you don't have extra discs use 2 discs from the left....i.e; 10 on left/14 on right.
