New member, stupid question

Hello to all. I'll get right to the point. After searching the existing threads for an answer and not finding one to suffice I'll drop it here. The patient: a stock 2003 88" bagger with a S/E AC. Installing a SuperMeg 2-1. How many discs to start (instructions say 20) and should I use the end cover's "cap"? Also if the mufller is "closed" how do you use a EGA probe for an A/F reading? Can you run the end "open" with discs and have the access necessary for a EGA probe? Enquiring minds want to know. THANKS! TK.

Start tuning with 16-18 discs with the closed end-cap. Check with your tuner to see if they already have an end-cap with a hole drilled in it. If not have them drill a hole in it (large enough for the probe) and order a replacement from Summit Racing (P/N 406-3046).
