I have read the shorter header pipe works best at high rpm and longer header pipe is best at lower rpm.....

So... would that make the SuperMeg 2:1 have a nice broad TQ curve, although not best peak TQ but best broad TQ curve, as the front cylinder is strong at low RPM and the rear cylinder strong at high RPM.

Can you please comment on 2:1 header pipes with the same length and why SuperMeg doesn't do this - is there an advantage to either?

Much Thanks!

The scavenging effect of a 2:1 tends to mask the subtle length differences. The results are a broad torque band.
